William Moore
Founder and CEO
Bill has led two profitable self-funded software businesses from scratch through acquisition. His 15 years of technology experience includes management, marketing, sales, and development. For eight consecutive years, he exceeded quota and profit objectives.
Prior to RadioTime, Bill was vice president and general manager of the access software business unit for Efficient Networks selling over eight million copies of consumer client software through broadband providers around the globe.
Before joining Efficient Networks, Bill was the vice president responsible for overseeing sales, marketing, product management, and business strategy for the software startup Network TeleSystems in Sunnyvale California. He worked with the founder to create a profitable IP management and broadband infrastructure business before Efficient Networks acquired the company.
He has also held senior management roles in sales, marketing, and support in his nine years at UB Networks in Santa Clara and Dallas. Bill has a BBA/MIS degree from Texas State University.
Carl Rohling
VP Business Development
Carl has worked for Creative Labs, Inc., a provider of portable audio products, soundcards, and PC speakers. In this role, he managed business development. Prior to Creative, Carl served as Director of Business Development for SONICblue's Rio digital audio and Go Video divisions.
Previously, he was a New York corporate associate focused on public and private acquisitions for Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, and an international litigation associate for Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison.

Dr. William "Terry" Fisher
Terry is Professor at Harvard Law and co-director of the Berkman Center for Internet and Society. Terry specializes in digital copyright and internet law. His expertise helps with navigating technical and business decisions to reduce legal risk.
Dan Haliburton
Dan, a radio veteran, brings 30 years of experience to RadioTime. His experience includes sales, marketing, and general management. He's VP/GM of new media and operations at Susquehanna/Cumulous.
Kevin Kelly
The birth of popular website www.publicradiofan.com is all Kevin's fault. He supplies advice, general industry information, and schedule information. Kevin has an MS in Math from MIT, and an Ed.M. from Harvard. He teaches C++ programming and advanced mathematics at Lexington High School in MA and seminars at Harvard.
Rob Lord
Rob is the founder of Pioneers of the Inevitable, an organization that's developing a Mozilla-style open source internet services player. Rob has founded WinAmp, Muse.Net, popcast, and Mediacode. In his current role, he serves as director of product management for the Y! Music Engine team at Yahoo!

Ed is a managing director, RadioTime board member and co-founder of Audible.com and Newmoon.
John M. Davidson Ph.D (board member)
John is a general partner with Startup Capital Ventures and the chair of RadioTime. He's founder of Ungermann-Bass and Network Telesystems.
Fred Gibbons (board member)
A Stanford consulting professor, Fred was founder and CEO of PFS Publishing, the first public PC software company. Through his mini-MBA course at Stanford, he incubated Yahoo! and Google teams. Fred also represents an investment from the Silicon Valley New Venture Club.
John C. Dean (Investor)
Currently, a managing director with Startup Capital Ventures, John has also been the chair of Silicon Valley Bank and CEO of seven companies.
Danny Lui (Investor)
Danny is a general partner with Startup Capital Ventures and the CEO of Authosis Venture Capital. He's also an active investor in Asia and a founder of Lenovo Computers.
